Instructional
Design
Our designers oversee all aspects of instructional design,
including development of curriculum and courses, assessment
of appropriate use of technologies and media, and the evaluation
of off-line versus on-line training. Team leaders are responsible
for understanding client need and work in tandem with subject
matter experts (SME) to more fully understand and integrate
content and outcomes. These leaders drive critical thinking
and the selection of appropriate instructional architecture.
Programming
IPS programmers have extensive experience in
computer and web-based training content and applications and
are responsible for all programming activities. Working in
concert with instructional designers to ensure appropriate
and deliverable outcomes, developers make recommendations
regarding implementation technologies, platforms and architecture.
They are familiar with all major learning management systems
and are expert in industry-standard compliance. We require
a minimum of ten years experience, master's degree preferred.
Graphic
Design
Our graphic designers have a wealth of experience with user
interface development and work closely with instructional
design and development teams to provide clear, concise and
creative presentations of content. Well-versed in a variety
of design applications and keen with marketing perspective,
their touch on every project is perhaps the most visible.
Project
Management
On the front lines, project managers are the interface between
client and the instructional design and development team.
While all team members are empowered and highly competent,
this staffer creates a partnership link that is critical to
the success of every project. Project managers fully understand
client need and schedules, the IPS design and development
process, infrastructure, budgeting and traffic issues.
